| For real you will give me my $47 back if I don't start
the systems. I have over 40 years of experience and know what needs to
be done to run the office but I don't have the money to advertise to get
clients. You are telling me your book will help that.
Paula
Hi Paula,
Thanks for your email. I'm happy to answer your questions for you.
To answer your question regarding my refund policy on the ebook, yes, I
stand by my guarantee to refund your $47 if you're not satisfied with
it. You're absolutely covered by the Clickbank guarantee. However, I
don't get a lot of refunds, so I know the quality of my ebook speaks for
itself.
Realistically, you can't expect to start a bookkeeping business without
investing some money in advertising. It's just the cost of doing
business and no business is exempt from this. However, with a
bookkeeping business, you don't have to keep advertising after you've
built your client list to a comfortable level. So it's not an ongoing
expense, but it is an expense in the startup phase of your business.
Yes, there are some free methods of getting clients. However, most
bookkeepers find that they need to diversify their advertising and use
several different methods in order to get better coverage. This means
investing in some forms of advertising.
That said, if all you need is information on promoting your bookkeeping
business, you may be better off joining my bookkeeping membership site
http://www.getbookkeepingclients.com, rather than buying the ebook.
For $127 for the first month you get a custom bookkeeping website built
for you along with tons of marketing materials that you can use to
promote your bookkeeping business.
The monthly membership after the first month is $47 a month and each
month you get advertising on
http://www.BookkeeperWanted.net, a new sales letter, hosting for
your bookkeeping website, an ezine to send to your bookkeeping
newsletter subscribers, 5 articles for you to promote your business (in
a blog, etc.) along with a report on more ways to promote your
bookkeeping business website. If you're interested, you should stay
subscribed to this list as I'll be making a big announcement regarding
this membership site in the coming weeks.
I hope that answers your questions and I wish you much success in your
bookkeeping business.

| Hi Sylvia,
In your interview below you mentioned adding your website link to local
directories it allowed you free advertising exposure of my business name
to other local businesses. Please tell me how you did that.
Thanks, Dave
Hi Dave,
Just Google local business directories for your area. You might try
"city business" or "city business directory" using the name of your own
city. You may have to experiment with different keywords to find the
directories for your city. Your local Chamber of Commerce may also be
able to direct you or have links on their site to business directories.
Once you locate them, start submitting your website link using the
submit information on each directory.
I hope that helps.
